Jason Anderson: sometimes solo, sometimes with a band. Sometimes it's acoustic, sometimes it's electric. Folky, but also catchy. Lots of lyrics. Sometimes funny, sometimes sad. Always honest. Often triumphant. The music itself is not unlike bands like the Weakerthans or Pedro the Lion, a fairly even mix of loud, energetic power-pop and quiet, focused indie-rock. There is an emphasis on passionate live performance. And connecting. And feeling awesome. Jason has another band in Omaha, Nebraska, called The Legend of Zelda.
